Well hello again...

St. Patty's day
St. Patty's Day with Stacey!
Kyle's Birthday Dinner @ The Keg
Well since my two followers (My sister's Tara & Emily) took a break from blogging i also did. BUT then they both decided to start blogging again, so then i was forced to start up the old entertaining wheel again. So here we go:
Life since February has been good, Kyle celebrated his day of birth. He was really spoiled and got a new Macbook Pro.
My dear sister Emily came to visit, it was a delight- she didn't hang out with me AT all. I love when people come to visit, and then they don't... that's my favourite. :) hahaha just teasing Emily.
Kyle's Birthday Present

She did in fact try to hang out with me, just turns out that she's a pretty popular person in the land of CAN-A-DA.

NEXT came along this woman named Stephanie, she entered my friend John's life and BAM they were engaged. and then BAM we had plans to travel to california for their WEDDING! woohoo.

Oh also our friends Vick & Mary got married, it was so a lovely wedding in April!

this is my APRIL WALL - oh how adorable it was.

Stacey F. Morgan

I have a friend... a good one. Her name is Stacey F. Morgan, & she's from Oregon. We met some years ago at our singles ward, i remember the day she entered our chapel like it was yesterday. She was wearing a bright blue & white poka dot dress, and one of our ward creepers was trying to 'get with that' one of our other friends went and saved her and had her sit with them. So nice. She went up to speak and she only fixed her bangs out of her face a thousand times. Little did i know this fixing hair, bright blue eyed girl would become one of my bestest friends ever.
Later that same night we both attended the same game night, and played apples to apples. At this time we were both young & awesome- 18ish(?) all the guys in our ward always complained about all these young girls, so well playing this game Stacey & i had our clicking moment in defense to the men calling us 'so young'. Although i don't remember exactly what it was, i know it was a mutual awesome because we both high fived each other with out thinking twice.
I won't go into what else happened that night, due to 'i don't want anyone to get the wrong impression' hahaha
We gradually became better friends, until one day we were with each other everyday & didn't even realize. There was a lot of hanging out, hot tubbing, going scaring, peeing our pants, trashing boys, random trips, and most of all laughter.
Like most good friends, we had our 'falling out' but when we fell back 'in' it was better then ever!

She makes A dumb decision(s) that i don't agree with, and somehow we both continue to like each other. (thought i'd just slip that in there, hahaha)
She recently came to visit me & Kyle in CAN-a-Da. Although it was a short visit, it was so fun. Well on this trip i realized that she is 'the aunt' to my future(FAR future) offspring that i don't want them turning to for stories. We have stories to tell for days, and inside jokes for weeks. From the moment we picked her up from the airport we were laugggghhing & telling Kyle some of our craziest stories. Some i had forgotten about, but you know it's bad when you can remember the first time you pee'd your pants together(meaning it's bad because you have too many you can't remember the first one)
Anyway long friendship short... I love her. She is my best friend for more reasons then a list can handle. She's one of the strongest, trustworthy, crazy/insane people i know. My only hope from this is that she can FINALLY know she's worth so much more then she thinks she is. ('i'm sorry, did you just talk to me like i was ugly?') She deserves the world & more. She is a feisty princess & deserves to be treated like one.
Much love always.

My WALL.

My wall is one of a kind, and it's one of my favourite things about my house.
As most of you know my hubby KYLE is totally awesome, and as if he could get any MORE awesome then he already is... he does! Why? Well because he prints me off holiday decorations.
It all started when my cousin Celine sent Kyle a link to these trees that she wanted on her wall.
A couple weeks later he came home with a surprise... and what was it? It was my wall trees, he had redrew the trees that Celine wanted and printed them off and stuck them on our wall. I love my trees.

My snowflake wall
Then in December he came home with another surprise, my snowflakes! Oh how i LOOOOVED my snowflakes. They were amazing, and then we decided to make them a little more amazing and went to dollarama and got more snowflakes (3d ones) and stuck them on my beautiful wall. Finally winter slowly started to fade so we took them down. :(
My Heart wall
My Clover wall
BUT then ... Kyle to the rescue again, he came home with another suprise, and what was it? ... HEARTS! Hearts that had 'i love you' writen all through them. And again to make it a little more awesome... we went to dollarama and got some more 3d hearts. By now you can imagen how awesome my wall feels... BUT wait now it's just a tradition. Kyle came home with yet ANOTHER surprise... and what was is this month (March) CLOVERS. beautiful adorable clovers. I haven't made it to dollarama yet, but i know that it will soon be just as awesome as the rest of our month wall calendar. :) I love my husband and his surprises, and i LOVE my tree wall. My house IS in fact, CUTER then yours.

Our January Visit to Utah...

Has stated in the previous blog, Kyle purchased me a trip to go visit my family... still a little over our $70.00 Christmas limit. hahaha What a guy.
Anyways the trip was absoulty amazing, we had such an amazing time.
We started our trip off with a journey across the boarder(in Buffalo), It was my brother Tyler, Kyle, and I.
The boader was a joke, as always. We had the MOST AMERICAN man ever.
He was rude, trying to make everything we said into something else, not a fan. He was so rude to Tyler, one of my favourite lines he said was (imagen this in an american accent) "So you are telling meee, that you hadd the chance to become an AMERICAN, and you did NOT take it?" Unbelievable, ugh i hate the boarder. We continued onward ands stayed at a hotel close to the airport. Our flights left @ 6am ish the next morning- blah.
With 2 lay overs, and a few movies we finally made it to SLC.
We started out with a delicious Jamba Juice run, and then met up with Ryan.
The boys were having a guys night, and the girls were having a girls night. The guys went and played games, and the girls Caryn, Tara, Andrea, Emily went to this cute spa The Clique to get pedicures. It was so much fun! Our whole family met up for dinner at .... CAFE` RIO. YumO! My sister Caryn was kind enough to let us stay at her beautiful home, and lend us her car when needed. She's so great.
Anyway we played a lot of Wii Tetris, and won... with Emily & Allen. We ate... A LOT.
We had the chance to be able to meet up with some of my good friends, we all went to the California Pizza Kitchen. It was so much fun, it was so good to see my BFF Marche` & Anthony- Stacey- Joe & Amber- Ali & Mette- Ricky- Stefanie-and others.
We got to do everything that we wanted to do, like go skiing with Caryn & Joe in Park City, and see their beautiful Cabin. We hung out with ma mere`, did some good shopping, and mainly spent some awesome times with my family. We went to Chris & Cami's beautiful wedding, they looked so amazing and happy.
Finally our trip came to an end- Emily & liam took us to the airport, we said our goodbyes and went on into the airport, almost and hour and 1/2 before our flight.  Loaded our almost over weight bags on the scale, and printed off our tickets and continued to wait for the woman to take our bags- who then said " oh wait, we tried to get a hold of you..., your flight time has been moved up, and its leaving in 5 minutes and they aren't waiting... so you either have 5 minutes to get through security, and to your gate or we can put you on a flight leaving Sunday" "Why the freak sunday?" "Well because the airport you're connecting through is closed due to snow, at least for the next 2 days- and we can only change your flight to another city for a fee of $400.00" niiiiiice freaking unbelievable, i call my boss crying because i know she's going to murder me... To make a long nightmare airport story short we stayed until Sunday. Emily came back and picked us up- and we went and tried to figure out what to do to come home sooner, but everything was out of the question being that it would cost butt loads of money. So now that we did everything we wanted to do in our real trip time period we didn't know what to do. So we went skiing again in Sundance this time with Joe & Amber, then up to the sundance film festival, and park city shopping. We played more games, and spent more time with family.
Then our trip came to a real end- and off to the airport.
The end, for the most part.

Christmas*

Christmas 2010

This was our first christmas together, and it was pretty dang good for the first one.
Christmas Eve we carried on a Regimbal tradition in going to Aunt Brenda & Uncle Warren's house for meat fondu, and delicious scallop potatoes. We ate, sang carols, & played games.

On Christmas day Kyle & i woke up- and then OPENED presents.
We had decided to only do stockings- with a limit of $70.00. Of course Kyle went over the limit, because he manages the money- and there i was trying to squeeze every penny from my $70.00 allowance.... what a silly boy.

I got kyle little things like a toothbrush, traveling bathroom kit, etc. A nice rolling pin(because he was using our spaghetti jar & wanted one), a new leather belt with a circa belt buckle. And other little things- now this may seem like a decent gift, but then let me tell you what he got me (which will then put my "thoughtful" gifts to shame)
He got me little things like a tooth brush, body soap, etc. A new blow dryer (because my other one broke in Scotland), the new Ipod nano touch (talk about going over the budget... not really he used our wedding gift cards to pay for most of the cost), some really nice tights, .... oh yeah and a trip to go visit my family! (In Utah, JUST in time to be able to go to my very good friend Chris's wedding) He also asked my work for time off FOR ME, now that's going over the budget a little MUCH. Also very sweet of  him. I looooove him! hahaha

We then went over to Kyle's parents house for brunch with the family. We opened more presents, his parents got  for us... a much needed shovel, a strainer full of goodies, a pizza stone, a Dexter board game, a 2,000 candle flash light, a nice work out set of clothes for me, and a nice sweater for Kyle, and much more.
We then went and picked up my brother Tyler, & went to our cousin Sarah's house.
We played Xbox connects (some video game that you dance what you see on the screen) It was so funny. It was so good to see my brother- it was the first time we had seen him since September when he left to go tour Europe.
Then we went back to Kyle's parents house for dinner & some quality family time. It was so nice to be able to laugh and joke around with all kyle's brothers and sisters.
After a long day we went home and skyped with my family- it was so much fun. We played music and danced all together- they put the computer on the shelf so that we could watch them eat dessert... from a far but yet so close. hahaha Oh how i love my family.
AND that was our first christmas together- I hope you all enjoyed your Christmas!
Much love.

ChrisTmAs CouNt doWn.

Well blogging world it's that time of year, and i'm so excited about it.... oh wait NO i'm not.
I hate shoveling snow, hate hate hate it. I hate putting on my cute boots, and then immediately getting cold feet because they're only cute boots... not tough out door boots with warm insides. I hate not EVER knowing what to buy for someone, or to make. I hate it when someone buys you a present, but you don't have one for them...umm like hello i like you too.. so why don't you tell me you're getting me something that way i don't look like a DOOFUS when i say "oh dang it i left your present at home, shocks i guess you'll have to wait" (because i still need to go out the store and buy you one) Oh wow you bought me something worth $50.00 (to bad i don't have $50.00 to spare, i suppose i'll have to go out and find something that lOOKS like i paid $50.00 for it... that should be real fun) I wish i lived in Hawaii .. where roads don't need to be plowed, where i don't have to dig my car out of my drive way 3 times before i'm late for work... (yes this happened, turns out newlyweds that get married in the summer don't get shovels for gifts... so i had to dig myself out with a broom, a freaking broom- AS 3 of my neighbors across the way used their snowblowers... yea i have never spoken to you ever, but a little hand here?) . I hate when people in front, behind, beside me driving don't have any idea how to drive at all, yes it's snow, yes it sucks to drive in, but if you honestly don't think you can handle driving more then 10 miles per hour on the roads then DON'T GO OUT!
Although everything stated above is VERY true there are somethings i do love about this season, such as: Cuddling by the fire with my Bub. Listening/Singing christmas music. Being with family(although it's not my immediate family) Christmas parties.

Work Christmas Party
Hearing strangers on the street saying Merry Christmas. Watching christmas movies, especially the muppets christmas carol. All the yummy goodies/food. Making christmas count downs....

Watching people fall/slip into/on snow/ice(don't judge me, you know it's hilarious) And being able to remember what Christmas is really all about, Christ being born. And my list goes on, to the blogging world I hope you have a Happy Christmas & a fantastic new year! xo

10 Years

It's kinda hard to top all the things my sister Emily said about our dad in her blog, but i'd like to  also state in writing the things that come to mind when this day of the year comes around. Delmar Oviatt Templeman April 30th, 1951 - December 2nd, 2000. Dec 2nd, 2000 is a day i'll never forget. It's a day that's screened into my mind, that i could replay over and over; every word spoken, every person who was there.etc This is a letter i would write to him today.
Dear Dad,
If i were to describe you in a sentence i would have to say, you were a manly man with the heart of a teddy bear.
By touch & appearance: You had the softest eyes, the scruffiest beard, the hardest belly, a warm body, a great smile, hard working hands & big feet.
From a distance: You would show you were a caring father, a caring man in general, hard worker, & a jokester.
Hobbies: You were an adventures man, who loved the outdoors. Who loved squash, canoeing, & driving the ATV.
Somethings i think of often are:
- The way you would push the grocery cart
- The way you would dance, stirring the pot was my favourite- you would put your two fists together stir the air pot and bit your bottom lip to then make your beard flip up on his chin. It was the funniest face ever.
- The way you would make a hard situation into something that we could all move past
- The way you taught me to appreciate the things i have, rather then focus on the things i didn't
- The way you would conduct the music, by throwing your arms in the air & moving your body all around
- The way you would let me do my "cool" dances for you
- They way we would have awesome dance parties
- The way you help me with my school projects, & tell me i'm the BEST in my class just because of that one project (i think you were a little to proud of yourself on a couple of those)
- The encouragement you gave me to go and be married in the temple
- The blessings you would give me before i started my school year
- The smell of the burnt duck on thanksgiving
- The way you be friended everyone
- The way you would shake the salt shaker
- The one time Emily was yelling at you and called you GAY, and you said well Emily you're a LESBIAN! (priceless)
- The way i see so much of you in each of my siblings
- Your quick wit
- The way you always put family first!

You're the best father i could ever ask for. Even though i only got you for a short while, i wouldn't trade what we had in for anything! Thank you for helping me through the hard times in life, helping me to know right from wrong. Being there in my heart when i was getting married, helping me know that Kyle is my eternal companion. You'd be amazed with how much i see your characteristics in kyle, the way you both roll a sleeping bag, the way you fit all the groceries into 1 box instead of 5, the way you both work so hard inside & out, the way you both love me unconditionally. I guess you really do marry pieces of your parents, although he's nothing like mom. hahaha I love you so much dad, and i'm happy you're in a better place. I can't wait to see you again- if you're lucky maybe we can have a fun dance party again. I hope you're well, till me meet again.
Love always
YOUR favourite daughter Britty (we all know that's the truth)
